Customer/Client Service Officer 

We are looking for a customer service officer with good communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. As the customer/Client service officer, you will work directly with clients to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic.

Customer Service Officer’s Duties and Responsibilities

  • Circulate information about the company’s services to new and existing clients.
  • Update our website support information and general content.
  • Answer client inquiries via social media, website, phone, email, and in-person
  • Direct clients to our online resources and social media platforms
  • Update client records in the system, including notes about interactions
  • Collect information from clients about their business information, needs and requirements
  • Encourage customers to complete surveys
  • Make recommendations to management to improve customer experience

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Live close to Ojodu Berger, Lagos
  • OND, Degree or equivalent
  • Marketing or customer service experience is a plus
  • Extensive contacts/followers/network online and offline
  • Energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media use
  • Pass a background check
