SME Growth Hub – Our client in the hospitality industry is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking to for an HR Officer who is strong with Payroll management.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate and manage payroll and keep updated records of payments.
  • Oversee employee attendance and working schedules including breaks, overtime, and paid time off.
  • Ensures restaurant staff complies with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
  • Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
  • Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • HND / BSc in relevant fields
  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 two years of experience as an HR officer.
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage
  • Living in proximity to Victoria Island.
  • Strong payroll management skills.
  • Willingness to work on Weekends.
  • Candidates must be available to resume immediately.

Work Schedule:

  • Work hours: 6 days a week (Tuesday – Sunday). Mondays are off days.
